I ran across an interesting review of my novel last night. I say interesting because it was quite obvious the reviewer was not happy having been assigned my book and in spite of this, it is apparent he liked it. The website was for modelers, he expected 7A to be a reference source for making models not a novel. Even after his prejudice against it he read it in a single sitting.
After sitting down to read the story I found myself fully absorbed into the amazing exploits of these early WWII pilots. I finished the story over night and highly recommend it for anyone interested in this part of WWII. Any additional information would subtract from your enjoyment when you read the book.
I’m not kidding; he really didn’t want to read it after thumbing through it and finding no reference material.
Needless to say I wasn’t overjoyed about reading it at this point. Next thing I remember; wiping away a tear and getting up to go to bed at 3am. Go figure.
If I can win over this reviewer I think anyone who likes action, aviation or historical novels would love it. Click here for the entire review.
