It does show that the new procedures, deny them the cockpit, work. These knuckleheads will have to come up with a new plan. The NTSB can only make suggestions, not regulation. If the FAA starts the process then you have to worry about airspace changes. I'll take a look and see what they propose. Rediculous really, it wouldn' have stopped the mid-air. True safety is never flying at all. Rick;

Also, interested in your thoughts on the NTSB new edict on the Hudson River airspace below the Class B. I didn't the full statement, but won't they have to raise the class b floor a little bit?
